Losing interest in porn & jerking off

I have jerked off to pornography for more than 35 years and have a very big collection of movie clips & pics on my laptop and used to spend small fortunes on magazines, videos and trips to the arcades.

But recently I have begun to lose interest in it to the point where seeing a picture of a naked women bores me and videos of women sucking dick or getting fucked kind of annoy me.

I enjoy sex with my wife more than ever which usually amounts to fucking once a week and usually one blowjob per week also but I don't jerk off very often, maybe a few times a month.

Part of it is age, I turn 49 in a week but the images just don't arouse me very much anymore.

Does this happen to any other middle aged men?

 

I find porn totally boring and can't look at the stuff.It hurts my eyes and I avoid it.Is that uncool? I mean it's not compulsory - right? I have no problem with other people using porn if they can handle it,and none of the actors are being exploited or underage.Personally my limited experience with it in the past always made me feel crap.I'd much rather be with a real woman and have actual sex.I also believe society is becoming increasingly pornographised and wonder what this is doing to the pscho-sexual development of young people.I often find that that which is not revealed is often more exciting than that which is.As I said if you enjoy porn and it's not hurting anyone,no problem,but please be honest if you have ambivalence about it or if it brings you down.

Sunday I deleted 30GB of Porn off of my laptop and deleted all the links to porn sites from my bookmarks.

I just have zero interest in looking at naked bodies or whacking off.

I really only have interest in alcohol.

At 49, you should not be surprised. In my 20s I only look at porn once or twice a week.
