What Are You/Have You Been Doing Today Part ?

i hate that they have become popular again, there is nothing sexy about a onesie,

I have pretty much spent the last two days playing settlers of catan with my brothers, its awesome!!

 

Xmas day was the best evvaarrr ^^

Spent most of today and last night brushing out a few of my dreads, to get it out of my system. Now I have a shexy fringe and a good clump in my favourite play-with-my-hair area at the back. Covered up my dreads in the mirror and saw myself with normal hair again- had a flashback of when I was at school and hated the way things were. Spose "things" means how I, and inevitably others, perceived me. So, it seems that in the last 3.5 years, my dreads have become a huge part of my identity to myself. Not to mention to everyone else. And they just look so much better xD

 

correct about the nothing sexy, but most of our uni socials seem to be based around them... maybe im now one of the cool crew? the giant pink dreadlocked flump.

Had a power cut since 8:30 this morning, power has just come back on. 12 hours. Me and my family sat and read for the whole day. Was nice, but got boring xD

just got back to mine after christmas with my family, car door is finally fixed, did more driving today, its great how doing the shopping is a novelty again now that i can drive there and back

My boss is denying me and another coworker our sales bonuses. It's about to go down.

 

Nearly killed a cyclist today, first real mistake as a motorist, he was obviously not happy and screamed at me, which then caused me to cut the car out on the next hill cause i was shaky and nearly reversed back into another car, survived it but it was freaky...

I want my dreads back, but Its too hot to go around with a nest on my head. Also I have to start looking more "professional" and "business like" once I graduate.
I should have kept them longer, I screwed up

 

In fairness the cyclist should have checked over his shoulder before crossing where he did, even with the bicycle lane,

You can always go for dreads again, im sure everyone feels that way at some stage after they get rid of them.

Today i have been waiting for UPS to deliver a package that is now being held by brokarage, which means im going to have to pay more fucking money when it arrives.......eventually..... which is what they should say on the delivery things, "you should get your product between monday and friday sometime over the next 6-8 weeks"

 

today i have removed christmas from the house, and will now fight a war against the washing up (and win)

 

This is why I bruushed I know I'll be thinking along those lines soon ><

 

I haven't slept in almost 30 hours... possibly from stress. Unnnnfff but chyeaa... I'm le back here once again. 4th set in what... 3+ years? haha I'm keeping these guys, there coming along nicely (8.5-9mos), I'm not sure on the exact date. I've started a little dread business in my town, making and maintaining dreads (prepares for hate). I crocheted mine a few times in the first 3 months and then quickly remembered I hated the feel/ look of them, so I haven't touched them since. Thinking of making a video later, maybe interview a few of mah dreads, see what they have to say haha

Anyways kids, that's my update! Aside from working on my art/ looking for work and such not toooo much as been going on. OH! I've been learning hula hoop tricks, I guess that's recent as well.

I is went and done a hike with a mate up one of the mountains then camped the night. Real cool walk through some beautiful rainforest, but super bloody steep. And the leaches were insane! I was barefoot so of course I was gonna cop them, but fuck. I would have like groups of them between my toes and over my feet, and crawling up my legs. my feet looked like they had just been slashed, there was blood all over haha. Copped a hit from a stinging tree on my toe too. Lucky it was a real tiny plant, and only just hit it. There were a ton or larger ones about that would have caused some serious agony if ran into.
It pretty much rained the whole time too, so spent most of the time wet and cold. At least I slept dry.

It was fo real reals sweeet though, and good fun.
