I know in Denver a patient can assign a grower with caregiver rights but theres a form and a small fee involved. The place I was staying in Commerce city, Guy had caregiver status for 6 people at 6 plants per patient. Best smelling house I ever lived in.

Well if you look at a pie chart of where the american government puts its money Deech you can easily see how insignificant a proportion those other things you brought up really are in contrast to "Defense" spending, Foriegn aid and top of the line healthcare to the Polichickens who started the goddamed war in the first place. If the Polichickens are going to be so quick to cut funding for public services instead of grossly excessive military spending then they need to be dragged into the streets and tried for treason because our Military as a whole has absolutely nothing to do with "defending us from threats" beyond those we generate through harassing and antagonistic foriegn policies. Children should be homeschooled anyway. The Government only fucks up anything it puts it's hands on.
