made quite a bit of freebased cocaine back in about 1981-2 using ether/water method...best way to base coke ever....never had an accident but i know a dude that singed the shit out of his face by attempting to speed evap with a candle..dumb fucker....we only used very small amounts and had to get it from a girl we knew that was a dental assistant that said disclaimer ...i do not recommend young drug users to smoke freebased coke..it will fuck you up
Back in highschool I "extracted" ether from starter fluid. It's a very dissorienting, rather pleasurable high. Later I found out that this "extraction" method doesn't really take any of the harmful agents out of the product at all- so don't do it. It's real bad for you. But if you can get pure ether, i'm sure it would be just as nice, but a whole lot less damaging to your lungs, kidneys, and well, everything.
I knew a guy who said this was his favorite high after LSD . . . wouldn't mind trying it out though it is quite toxic

I tried ether recently and liked it. I'm enjoying it right now :sunny:. I'll write a bit about experience later.
From experience with ether so far I have to say I really didn't expect it will be full blown dissociative and psychedelic even more that N2O in higher doses. Things get very intense with this chemical and effects last quite long. Once you reach high dissociation states and decide to stop you'll feel effects more than 30min after. Peak is still pretty short but multiple times longer than whole duration of N2O. With N2O after the peak is gone and your not on some other substance too you feel almost nothing in few min. There's one thing lasting tooooooooooo long - smell! Most unpleasant effect is feeling in your throat while you inhale it. After anesthetic effects kick in it's not unpleasant to inhale it. Of course being irritant it's probably not too healthy. One of the reasons why it's easy to achieve very intense high is all you have to do is get a bit more on the rag or flag . And you can pour just a bit and it'll last quite long and get you extremely high. Similarity with N2O is at time surprisingly big as N2O has very unique effects and is only widely available short acting dissociative but after a while you see it's more kind of general similarity in group of short acting dissociatives. Same as, for example, comparing some psychedelics like DOx chemicals and LSD. Or maybe something between that and mushrooms/4-aco-DMT difference. In group of short acting dissociatives ether would be deeper and longer lasting experience and N2O short acting a bit more on a "candy side" dissociative. Have that in mind combining it with psychedelics! You'll experience unspeakably intense trip and you kind of can go further than with N2O. Sex on it is similar to sex on N2O only this is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more practical for that purpose but it's harder to physically stay aroused no matter it feels fucking great. Intense, great and weird. Not likely I'll do this again any time soon. Last note should be that ether is also darker, drunker (this applies mostly for lower doses) and harsher than N2O in my experience. Also possibly more addictive than N2O. DON'T SMOKE AROUND IT!!! DON'T USE ANYTHING BESIDE PURE STUFF!!! :sunny:
