www.tcfb.com/na800/netaccess800.htm This says its a FREE site advertising network..... Supposedly you enter the YOUR SITE AND THE URL YOU WANT FLASHED to the user and they are put there.. (Instead of delivering spam ads they deliver WEB SITES ) I tried setting up a test account and i made a local HTML file to point to what i entered and it did not take me there!! (Maybe i did it wrong who knows) This IS interesting but confusing....
