I am almost 17 weeks pregnant, and I am still cramping. I know that it is normal in the frist couple of weeks of pregnant, but now? They are not horrible, but are bad enough to make me stop doing what ever it is I am doing.
no, I am pertty sure that I don't have one. Someone else I talked to said it might be ligamint pain. Which I think it might be. I went to the gym today, and I was using a seated bycicle and I had to stop after just a few mins becuase the "cramps" started. But it is only the seated cardio equipment that makes me start cramping, if I am standing up (tredmill, etc) it never bothers me. I have a dr apt next monday, I am gonna ask him about it just to make sure it's nothing big.
Is it cramping or aching? If it's worse when you exercise, it may be round ligament pain. Is yur belly getting big? You may want to wear a maternity support girdle when you exercise to hold your belly in a little. They are not tight and constricting, just a little frim support.
I would probraby say that its just your uterous expanding.. as now is the time you will start putting on the weight
