My calf tattoo hurt like hell. My upper arm one hurt a lot, too, but that was more because it had a lot of shading and colors in it so he had to go over it again and again. It barely hurt at first. My hip tattoo was a piece of cake, as was the first one I ever got which is on my shoulder blade.

my least painful piercing was my belly button and most was my tongue. My tattoo on my hips was not nearly as bad as my tongue piercing. Never doing that again.

I have a full sleeve and a few random tats... no piercings currently...

My most painful was the inside of my middle fingers... (half a 'stache on each finger)

most painful piercing was the first time I pierced my nipples.. the second not so much..

least painful tat was probably my wrist...

least painful piercing was my tongue

My most painful tatt was the ones on the backs of my calf muscles, and it's actually a tie the one in my elbow bend was hellish.

Least painful was my tramp stamp, also my first

Most painful piercing was my clavicles, least my ear lobes

And my cutting or a spider web was more painful than the branding of the spider

I don't really have a most painful tat, if anything my upper back was the most uncomfortable. My least painful is in between my left ass cheek and the back of my neck.

The most painful piercing I've experienced is def. my navel, and the healing process drove me crazy. It wasn't so much the needle going through my skin, but the second after the piercing part was done everything was painful, from the jewelry to the cleaning, to living with it.
I plan to get venoms done soon so maybe that'll knock my navel out of the waters. who knows.

Thirteen piercings and counting...so far for me the industrial has been the worst! Only two tatoos...lower back & ankle. The lower back was the most painful. Neither were to bad tho. Hope to get more in the future. Both seem to b ADDICTIVE! Lol

    Update!
Most and least painful tattoo was the Pink Floyd lyrics along my ribs. The part on my back was least painful of all, but along the side/front was the worst.

Most painful piercing was my industrial. Least painful, lower belly button or nose.

My most painful tattoo would probably be on my side over the hip and rips while my least painful tattoo would probably my lip or back of the arm.

My most painful piercing would probably be stretching my inner conch or septum and my least painful would have been my tongue or lobes.

I cant say that it was the most pleasant experience but i did it very slowly. 18g to 2g probably took around 3-4 years. I have stretched all of my piercings including both cartilages, conch, septum and tongue. I just cant seem to have any piercings without stretching haha

My most painful piercing was probably when I had my ear cartilage dermal punched at 5mm and then tapered straight up to 6mm. My nipples are a close second.

The least painful piercing is probably a tie. The first is my septum, which I was told from any number of sources was one of the worst. I ended up piercing it myself in the end, for a number of reasons, and the only pain was when the needle poked my thumb after it went through my nose. The other is my Prince Albert, which again I was told was awful, but there was only a little discomfort while they got the needle in place - no pain at all.

My stomach/hips tattoo is by far the worst, especially when the needle was directly on top of bone. My lower back was the least painful, it barely hurt at all.
