I have a lost amount of guy friends because they started to develop feelings for me even though I tell them that i'm not straight. They still continue to try to get with you. It's gets annoying at some point. The most famous line they use is "I can change you" or "Lesbians are hot, just add me in the mix" Do this happen to you, my fellow lesbians
I know what you mean, pretty much all my friends are guys to and they just won't leave me alone sometimes. -.- or the random guys who are like 'hey sexy' or 'your looking fine' idk why but its so annoying when a guy does it lol
I agree totally. If I tell guys that I like women, things get vulgar quickly. I hardly ever get hit on by women (maybe I'm in the wrong place) but guys hit on me a lot. Maybe I'm going for the wrong look or something...
You say one word to a guy and most times he takes it as an invitation for something else. I speak to no one anymore, only my friends. I'm done with social parasites. The older they are the better they are at conversations so I only talk to my daddy's friends when I go out with him. He won't let them hit on his daughter anyway, those guys know better. As for my generation of people, I don't give them a chance anymore. They're not even worth speaking with even the girls are twits. Mind you this is in Australia. When I go back to Germany it's a whole different ball game. Immigrated western cultures are always fucking rubbish. I'm staring at you England, America and Australia and well, probably Canada. French there, speaks for itself. Ha!
Guys still hit on me but it's inevitable when you're a female and don't wear rainbow patterned clothing with an "I'm a dyke." sticker on your forehead.
Meh...I usually only surround myself with women. I'm not a separatist but if men are around me with a certain machismo, I usually leave and pay no attention. It happens I suppose, but I don't enjoy the attention...in fact it's annoying.
i had one friend who liked me a lot and refused to believe that i'm gay, and tried the funny business one night when we were hanging out. i had to shut him down. other than that, men hit on me at bars a lot and it pisses my gf off, because they always do it right in front her, when we are clearly there together. it does get annoying, especially when its your friends that have this idea that lesbians secretly want to have sex with men.
There are also women who think they are capable of "turning" gay men, and think they are only gay because they haven't been with the "right woman" yet. I think in this respect, lesbians probably do have it worse than gay men generally, but they do have the same problem to a certain extent.
that's true, but i can only speak from my own personal experiences. i just wish people wouldn't try to convince someone that they aren't gay, i'm the only one who knows how i feel.
I have heard a couple of guys saying that all women are bisexual. But of course, this applies only to women, and not men. I do think that idea is just ridiculous, and purely a male fantasy. Some men want to believe that all lesbians secretly want men too, purely because it's a fantasy for them. But a fantasy is all it is. lol
Uhg! When guys hit on me and I tell them I'm a lesbian it seems to only make them try harder. All of my guy friends crush on me except one! (he respects me and thinks of me as a little sister) I have totally lost like so many friendships with dudes because they couldn't control their dicks. And if there's one place I can say it it's on a lesbian fourm: dicks are GROSS!
I had a guy in AZ arguing with me for hours at a get together at a friend's house. He came to my friend's house and just stared at me for almost an hour. It was so awkward. He was staring like he was gonna eat me. So I decided to step outside, and he followed to smoke a cigarette, and the insanity began. Him: "It's not fair you'd just take yourself off the market for all men. I can see thinking women are hotter than men, I think everyone does deep down, but is your attraction only physical? Because I mean, you could turn the lights out while having sex with a man, and you'd never know the difference." Me: "Have you considered it's also not fair that someone as pretty as yourself would take himself off the market for all men? I bet if you just turned the lights off while having sex with a man, YOU'D never know the difference." He said he knew a lot of lesbians and all of them let guys watch them. When I told him I'd never let some asshole see my girl naked, he laughed and told the guy sitting closest to him, "This chick needs to be put on a boat and shipped down the river." WTF? I think male geared "lesbian" porn has confused him. When two actual lesbians are together, there is nothing missing. I don't think I've ever been so livid. This conversation went on for three hours. Until I basically just snapped and started screaming that people like him make me wish I'd never come out. In his face yelling, "Yes, please, tell me about myself. Since we know each other SO well!" *!@% My friend asked him to leave.
My old boss used to hit on me and ask for sexual favors in order to get a raise. And he touched me a lot more when I told him I'm a lesbian.... I'm so glad I don't work there anymore.
So this guy asked me if I don't like guys at all, this is what I told him: "It's not that I don't like guys, guys are great! Some of my best friends are guys. It's just that I don't like penises." Lol Shut him right up.
