    Stop wearing shoes.

    Or atleast switch to sandals...

Or do you do both already?

I used to have constant trouble with my toes. A few years ago, I got rid of all of my shoes with heels and narrow toes and since then I have only worn shoes that are flat (about an inch or less heel) and sort of wide at the toe. Maybe not as stylin', but my toes have been much better. I also let the nails on my big toes get a bit longer. That took some getting used to, but it also seemed to help. My dad swears that putting tea tree oil on your toenails at night will cure an ingrown nail, but it just made my feet feel greasy :)

maybe you should go up in shoe size by a half or whole so those piggies can wiggle? But i don't know nothing.

If it's constant you can get the edges ofthe nail cut back tothe root and cauterized. In some people's cases my own included loosing weight might help. I used to get them until I dropped a few pounds.
