I'm trying to gauge what is an optimal and healthy time frequency between trips. I'd like my body to fully reset before going at it again. i know it varies from person to person but what works for you?
I would say a month is an optimal and healthy time frequency. But I have had shorter intervals where I have tripped weekly and other periods where it's been multiple months between trips.
a month is pretty good. but i even feel like tripping EVERY month is a bit much. ideally, i'd like to trip every 3 months or so, but i usually end up tripping every month or two. or twice a month rarely.
I usually take a few months between trips but this month I tripped 3 times in 3 weeks. week 1: 6 grams of shrooms week 2: 17 grams san pedro week 3: 2c-i *cannabis every 2nd day I better cool off my engines for a while
well think about it like this. when you have a psychedelic experience, you really do need time to reflect on what you may or may not have learned. this takes time for most people. i myself have only eaten one drop of lsd all year. ive eaten 2c-b once, and 5-meo-dipt once. i really like to only trip every 4 months or at the start of every new season. this gives you ample time to grow and develop and then every season you can trip and reflect and learn new things about urself and your surroundings. but that's just my own personal opinion
I trip every 2 weeks on the weekend for a month or two then take a month or so off. 2cb,mesc.methylone once in a great while. mdma if i could ever get my hands on good stuff
From my experience, you can process your trip and reset your body much faster if you incorporate energy exercises like Qigong. You can get into the energetic pathway s(meridians) and allow for any stagnant energy to start moving through your system.
