im not new to opiates but ive never messed with fentantyl, used to be able to blow 80mg oc at one time..... now 5 7.5 vicodins will get me high as a kite..... what should i do with this patch? sell it? put it on? i dont want to die and i know this shit is strong

If you can handle 7.5 vicodins then you should beable to handle that patch. My roommate was on the 7.5 (she has cancer) vicodins and they moved her to the patch and thats the patch they started her out with. Its only suppost to be a little stronger but yes those patches are strong as fuck.
