Should I be worried

I met a guy and spent only 5 hours with him and then talked to him on the phone a few days before he said he loved me so i ignored him cause that is weird! so i ignored his calls and he called my cousin and talked to her and like i was going to talk to him after i told him not to talk to her cause of how she is (long story), so he called and called and then gave up, then waited 2 months and called again, then waited 2 more months then called again, then a year later called the exact date we met. he lives in another state, i met him on a trip. this was just a few days ago the last time he called.

i already was honest with him i told him that was weird, and i dont feel the need to explain myself again. i think if i do talk to him on the phone it will only make him call more. obviously he doesnt get it.

I would be worried.. something like that happend to me, this 50 year old guy that I worked with, keep asking to have sex with me,and I told him I was not intested and one night he called me to tell me he loved me, I told my boss about him and he no longer works with allaince , thank god, no means no

Wow, that's definitely creepy, and probably bordering on harassment...depending, of course, on the actual harassment laws for your state. If it gets worse,I'd consider some sort of restraining order, so at least if he keeps it up you could have him arrested. That's just scary.
