The holidays are coming!!

I think everyone is too stressed out and broke to give a shit this year

Ginger bread houses!

 

The smell of all the baking and cooking is part of the holiday. Nothing beats walking into a home that smells like gingerbread or shortbread or a roasting turkey.

 

Definitely. I'm making it a thing of mine to bake cookies every year and bring them wherever I'm going. Last year I spent it with my boyfriend, and this year I'm doing it again I really want to take a crack at making gingerbread cookies too!

 

I'm not really looking forward to the Holiday's. When you don't have much money to spend on gifts for everyone, it just becomes stressful. However, I am looking forward to the opportunities for volunteering that Holiday's bring. If I can't spend the money on people, I can use my time to make the Holiday's better. This year my son, mom, and I are volunteering on Thanksgiving, to serve food for the needy families. First year ever doing this. I am excited for that at least.
