is anyone into this band? I just discovered them and I'm really fucking digging every single song I've heard so far....they're crawling up in my soul, know what i mean? check 'em out:

Gotta get into this band yet.....

 

This band's pretty good! I like when the organ kicks in. I'm about to listen to The Rat now.

They sound similar to the Strokes and Arctic Monkeys.

I discovered them via Last FM on my xbox... first song I heard by them was 'The Rat'.

 

I was going to start a new thread..but i figured id just bump this.

The Walkmen are awesome! I just started getting into them recently, they are so good! When i'm drinking i always find myself listening to them. I think their best albums are "Lisbon", "Bows + Arrows" and "You & Me".

they make me feel like i'm in a smokey bar at 1 am after having quite a few drinks haha.

 

Very cheesy, trendy music.

Absolute crap.

Not as bad as the name though.

 

I don't see how they're trendy...
way better then most of the music out there today.

 

we've been had is my favorite song by the walkmen. they are indeed amazing.

 

I love the walkmen. Love the album Lisbon. Despite people not enjoying it as much as the others. I love the songs, "Torch Song" and "Woe is me" The lead singer ain't bad looking either

 

I love them, I saw them a while back at musicfest northwest in Portland and they were great.
