This is driving me crazy! A few days ago, I heard a song at work, and can't think of what it is. The guy was playing 90's rock on Pandora I'm guessing, judging by how much Oasis, RHCP and other 90's band were on there. This song had a super long (like 3-5 minutes) intro. The intro mainly consisted of a simple guitar riff, with a piano riff mixed in along the way. It was very repetitive and kinda trance-like too. When the actual melody and lyrics came in, the guy's (or lesbian's) voice sounded a lot like the guy from The Verve. It was a very 90's sounding alt rock song, with a lot of focus on the guitar and piano riffs. The only part of the lyrics I can remember is him saying something like "come closer love" or something like that for the chorus. I know he always finished it with love, but the other words, idk for sure. I asked the guy with the phone playing the music what the song was, but he didn't know, and his phone didn't show his Pandora history unless he saved it. I really wished I had my phone on me then to use my SoundHound! I know it's a really shitty description, but I'm hoping someone can help me out! Thanks!
