Safe Search Engines?

I found this site called DuckDuckGo.com that claims to have privacy policies that are basically against all the shit Google does. I can't be sure, but it's definitely a safer bet than Google. Unlike every other site like it I've found, this one is actually as comprehensive as Google, and actually improves some of its features and adds others. It still doesn't have an image search just like all the other "safe sites", but that's not that important.

Anybody know of any other good "anti-Google" search engines?

Was just gonna mention SCROOGLE...

I have it set as my DEFAULT SEARCH ENGINE.. (However on some searches BING comes up and i have no idea why)

 

Scroogle is probably the safest search engine You can find. I use this by myself and its working amazingly well and NO one spy and record your searces (;

 

Only thing is I wish scroogle had an images tab. That's the only thing I use google for, everything else I scroogle it.

 

I heard google privacy policy is horrible. They try and get every bit of information they can about your PC. Also, I've been told not to use scroogle as well, not really sure why.
