This is something i have been thinking about. By the time humans kill them selves off we will have had the shortest existance of any species in history of earth. WHY i ask. We destroy anything and everything we lay our greedy hands on. Look at our Earth we have been killing her since we stood up and walked. Think about this: a lonely raccoon walking through the woods, how long has the racoon inhabitated the earth? Wait how many landfills has this racoon dug and put god knows what into. The Bear, how many times has he wiped out an entire forrest to make paper. Im just sayin these animals our on top of it. They are beyond us more than even we can imagine. They could live here forever and ever. I think its really selfish of us to go and take this great place away from them, they were here first and never did anything to deserve it taken away.
Well, we don't know the shortest living species was. Most seem to last longer, but the average is only 1-2 million years. Us, at 100,000 years, is short, but not dangerously so. Other than that, you're right, it's very sad that we are so selfish. Doesn't matter if we were here first or they were. The problem is us seeing them as not mattering, and taking everything for ourselves.
I totally see what your sayin. Im just pissed that we do so much damage. People see what were doin as progress and its not if doin that thing wipes something that we cant bring back out. Its happening every day. Also people have no decency. I was sittin in traffic the other day behind this car and the women just tossed out a cigarette pack right in the middle of the street. I was red hot when i seen that. You would never catch me doin that, not even in the dead of night in BFE. We have to change our evil ways
I think you're completely right. It makes me even more sad to know that people don't care. Most people only care about themselves and it doesn't matter to them how they are affecting everything else. As long as they're having a good time, it doesn't matter. I wish there was something we could do to make people give a damn.
