If you truly have only been taking the drug for three days, you can abruptly cease use and those things won't happen. You don't build a physical tolerance to benzos in three days. However, those things are very real and WOULD happen if you had been taking the benzos for more than two weeks or three weeks. But not three days.

 

Its all good, just moderate.
