First time

    If you're feeling really down I may have some ways to help you out...

    Eat foods high in protein
    Eat some fish
    Stay away from caffeinated drinks & such..coffee is bad news bears imo
    Work out/go on a little run/dance with your music on like nothing matters and think about something awesome

    My first trip caused a small amt. of depression-I am a guy tho..but this is what my friends told me after my first time I tried E and it worked for me. Idk if it actually "increases" the amt. of serotonin in your brain...I heard that's hard to come by nowadays ;) but just remember to laugh and have some fun.

    Haha definitely one of my favourite descriptions of an acid trip.
