Eat foods high in protein Eat some fish Stay away from caffeinated drinks & such..coffee is bad news bears imo Work out/go on a little run/dance with your music on like nothing matters and think about something awesome My first trip caused a small amt. of depression-I am a guy tho..but this is what my friends told me after my first time I tried E and it worked for me. Idk if it actually "increases" the amt. of serotonin in your brain...I heard that's hard to come by nowadays but just remember to laugh and have some fun. -Life is an ocean of ups and downs just remember to ride the wave :hippy: -Peace-
