What would happen?

I was watching Squidbillies and they were growing pot in their meth lab. What would happen to pot growing in a meth lab? Is it even possible?

Yeah, Squidbillies is pretty dumb, I only had it on Adult Swim because I wanted to watch Moral Oral that was on in 15 min. I didn't think the pot would survive in those conditions, or if it did it would be some nasty ass shit.
