I like green tea because of its benefits. I love the taste of Matcha Tea. It keeps me healthy and fresh. I prefer Aiya Matcha

Mint is my default tea. It's good for a lot, including a calm, meditative state, and nothing ever needs to be added to its perfect flavor.

When it comes to brands, I have recently become a huge fan of Yogi and Good Earth.

I'm having problems with digestion. But 2 -4 times a day? You sure?

 

I've started drinking 2-4 cups of green tea daily in the last few months. Every Autumn I get horrible allergies and I stay congested until February. This year I haven't had any signs of allergies. I don't know if the green tea has anything to do with it but I have a hunch it does.

 

Dentist recommendation: Drink a cup a day to prevent cavities , plaque, and tooth decay
