I usually have very disturbing or creepy dreams, a lot of the time rather satanic, and i was wondering if there could be any reason for this? I usually wake up many times throughout the night and would rather give up on sleeping then go back to bed and dream all this crazy shite. Could caffeine give me weird dreams because i have a bit of a caffeine addiction which i've improved, though it's still a bit crazy how much i take in. Or could it be something else? I can't really specifically tell you what i'm dreaming because it's kind of abstract and odd. But always scary as hell. And i never watch scary movies because i can never really handle it, with my imagination and such. So i can't think of any reason as to why i have these fucked up dreams every single night, and it's affecting my sleep man. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I doubt it the caffeine, I drink enough coffee to float a battleship...... when I do have bad dreams they aren't at all like you describe.

    They are worse. lol

There was this one dream i had where i woke up in bed and was all of a sudden at the other side of my room, and it was dark, and there was this girl in a hospital nightgown and she turned around and her eyes, mouth, and nose holes all expanded really fast and she was screaming and then i woke up.
And then a few weeks later i watched a movie with my brother and the girl was in the movie, and the exact same thing happened.
    So that was alarming.
But yeah, it could be my mood lately, the problem is trying to stop these dreams so i can get a good night's rest.

I suffer this nightmare problem. I am sorry, I can not give help. However, you are not alone.

The most terrible, is Aircraft Crash recurring nightmare. I also suffer Sleep Paralysis and Night Terrors. Sleep Paralysis with the Nightmare is a very bad experience. I have had help for this. I was told, sleeping position of the neck it is very important.
