There has been a suggestion in the UK, that in order to ‘raise the profile’ and indeed stocks of supplies, that the Government should pay the funeral expenses for those who wish to donate their ‘bits’ for medical research and transplants. Though sounds good in theory, the concern I have is that the Gov teams responsible for this process may ‘encourage’ those of a vulnerable nature and where there’s money involved there is always a good chance of corruption – maybe I’m being cynical (again) however Would you to trust your Government?
there is one thing i trust even LESS then governments, and that is corporate economic interests. yes, i'm also in the u.s. (where deregulation has enabled the corporate chamber of commerce to effectively usurp the political process with mechanisms like a.l.e.c., and of course, buying elections for their favorites)
You're being realistic in nature. *looks around nervously* "Of course I trust the government... implicity! Implicitly I tell you!" There, that oughta hold 'em for a while
Yeah, I see all kinds of things wrong with that... I'm sure it doesn't take a "Brain Surgeon" (pardon the pun) to "See" That!!!
just one kidney sold in china could pay for a heck of a funeral...id rather just sell what i could live without and enjoy the money myself
