    the thing that is bullshit is that if he saw someone else doing that he would write them a ticket. If I was the one that filmed that I'd bring the vid to the station.

    I once got a ticket from a cop who did a few years with the Golden Helmets. He let us get out and take a picture of his bike with me and my guinea pig.
