Is there really a way to prepare yourself for taking salvia or are you just screwed I picked up some for the first time 10x from local store. Lets put it this way, Im not in a hurry to take it, oh and I have no one that I can think of that can sit with me, which kind of is part of the reason why i am not in a hurry to take it. I am seriously curious about it, but also nervous Im thinking if I lock all the doors in the house, go to the basement ( finished ), go in a room and lock it, so I cant go running, and make sure there is nothing I can knock myself out on. I should be ok, plus if I don't take a crazy rip, and just try a pinch Thoughts anyone? ANyone else done it by themselves? or is that just a complete NO NO???
I've done it by myself many times but my first several times were with sitters. Just make sure you don't have anything you can injure yoursef on around you. If that's all taken care of, go ahead and take some big rips that's where the power of Salvia Divinorum is found.

I can't say I've ever really been frightened by the visions, I dunno that horse entity moved incredibly quick so that was somewhat scary. On really strong trips I'm not even frightened by any particular feeling as I don't even recall existence of my humanness, but I do get a sense of confusion as in I'm experiencing what's going on in the Salvia realms but I don't really understand what's going on, It produces this sort of uncomfortable sense of dissonance in my being I guess. Occasionally when I do have a slight sense of self remaining, I feel it like in my throat, it feels like I'm about to be suffocated by it or something.
