best name for a kid?

yes, that is where I first discovered it ,,but to me it has always sounded like a flower and a right pretty name at that. and she can be called amy if kids make fun of her.

 

I love the name Alexis...but if I marry the man I plan on marrying...his name ends in "is" so it would rhyme...that might sound weird.

Come to think of it not many girl names sound good with his last name...I am going to make him take my last name.

 

i like the name mud for a boy
i like the name twilight for a girl

 

Liesel for a girl... so i can claim the Leonards, Lonnies, Lees and Lynns on my dads side of the family and i can claim the Beths, Belles, Bruces and Bettys on my moms side of the family.
I like the names Adelaire and Kaya for a girl too.

Lake for a boy....but i do have a thing for Biblical names for boys. Noah, Malachi, Jediah, Abraham...

 

So far I've only thought about girl names, I haven't thought of any boy's names that I like...
They are Sugar Maggie, Althea Lindy, and Alice Dee.

It depends on a few things. My husband's last name, the child's sex, but most importantly, the first time I see their face.

I cannot stand when people name their children after themselves. That is one of my pet peeves. Please, give your child their own name. (Who wants to be "My parents just had to continue this tradition, The 119th?)
