In saw an interesting documentary on transgender children today. It got me thinking. Results from penile inversion seem to benefit from sufficient penis length. With a sufficient penis length and un-cut foreskin no skilled surgeon needs to use testicular skin, skin from the buttocks, hips etc etc. However many people nowadays take hormone blockers at an early age. Does the inhibition of male hormones not lead to a smaller penis size and may force the surgeon to look for alternatives during penile inversion surgery? It seems a bit counterproductive. - Aldar
