National Coming Out Day - October 11th

Since I came out in the beginning of this year, and so do not have a full year yet of having embraced my sexuality (almost though!), this will be my first time to acknowledge this day as a celebrant.

When I reflect on the 14 years of confusion and self-inflicted suffering that I went through before coming out, it gives me pause to consider suffering in general. So, here's to anyone who may be inspired by this day and hopefully bring them one step closer to happiness and peace of mind! :cheers2:

 

Also, I'm lucky since the celebration in Philadelphia is the largest in the world

 

Hmm wish I could come out to my parents although they should know cause I'm kind of obvious. And I was caught doing gay stuff. Still just can't admit it for some reason...
