If you own 2 decent sized dogs there should never be a time when they are both jumping on people... biting them while jumping and basically just trying to trip you from the time they have access to you to the very moment they do not. Especially, when it is everyday... and everyone bitches about your idiot mutt and idiot boxer. Sweet jesus. Ok, thanks.

We train service dogs for canine companions for independence here in SW WV, not to far south of Hurricane, WV. Its a non-profit organization that gives the dogs to disabled folks for free. Its a great hobby, but man is it hard to let them go after living here for a couple of years....:-D

My dog is stubborn but he knows a few commands in German, and will listen to them more cause they are not common words he hears..
http://german.about.com/library/blhkommando.htm some them sound like english words, you just accent them.

Dogs should be banned and their owners killed.

What an awesome thing to be part of! I can imagine how hard it is to let them go! Hurricane is only like 30 minutes from here.

We need another and a wiser and perhaps a more mystical concept of animals. Remote from universal nature, and living by complicated artifice, man in civilization surveys the creature through the glass of his knowledge and sees thereby a feather magnified and the whole image in distortion. We patronize them for their incompleteness,
for their tragic fate of having taken form so far below ourselves.
And therein we err, For the animal shall not be measured by man. In a world older and more complete than ours they move finished and complete, gifted with extensions of the senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear.

They are not brethren, they are not underlings; they are other nations, caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendour and travail of the earth.

Fair points, brother. Though they should still be banned and killed, don't really see any counter argument here
