Granted this won't help, routine is what gets me through.

Starting is the hardest, but I forced myself to do it and now I can't do without.

One thing NOT to do...especially if you're doing it for weight loss is weigh yourself every 5 minutes. You lose motivation not seeing changes every single day or something. Try once a week or once every other week.

Honestly, everything about working out is discipline. I also use the Wii and have work out games for it and I LOVE them! They are fun and get me moving and motivated. I just hear some of the songs and feel ready to dance. (Even if I look like an idiot  )

I need a routine as well. Also, I just purchased a wii very recently for that reason. What games do you use that you like most?

To feel better about myself, to feel healthier and stronger. To be sexier to me, my girl, and anyone else whose admiration could possibly feed into my ego someday. This doesn't help me when I'm in funks, so I don't know how it would help you.

it does not take much. you got to the bathroom how many times a day? After you pee, drop and do 25 push up. (not in the bathroom cause thats nasty) but when you get back to your room - hall. if you pee 20xs in one day thats 500 push ups. Before you know it, youll be up to doing them more..

You know what that's a good idea. After doing something.... I always have to do something else. Interesting. Vur, Vur, very interesting.

nothing. i do like to do push ups and lift weights but that's about it. i know endurance exercises are really good for the cardiovascular physiology but i just can't bring myself to go running a number or miles every day just for the sake of it.

I view exercise as something fun and something I have to do to stay mentally stable and focused, rather than ...well, exercise. It should be something that enhances your life, rather than just a chore to be endured.

Viewing it like that helps me. I start to feel a little out of sorts if I don't do something physically active every couple of days.

There are a ton of activities you can do that are way more fun than lifting weights, running 5 miles, spending hours at the gym, etc. You can incorporate physically demanding activities into your life without it being so mundane and boring.

Seeing other well built guys! The fact that my boyfriend likes me with a bit of tone/definition helps too. Both give me motivation to keep at it :)

    Hi,
I've never been like this in my life, guys. And the truth of the matter is, I don't give a fuck about the movie anymore. Could anyone tell me that how doest it cost in Miami? And also suggest me your best surgeon.

    Thank you!

I just think of how I could spend 20 mins sitting on my ass and the time flies by. I have all day to sit around, 20 minutes in the very least can be taken aside to do some Tae Bo or jogging. I always feel great afterwards.

If you're trying to lose weight think of the progress you have made. I've lost 43 lbs over the past 5 months. That's with a thyroid issue as well. Anything is possible.
