Hi, you can call me Rain! I'm new here on Hip Forums, haha, but I love it! I'm a bubbly, fun gal and I hope to find many cool people to talk to and make friends on here! How is everybody? What are you guys (and girls) like? :sombrero: Sorry if I sound awkward, I don't know what to write! Ask questions if ya like, baha.
Hello Rainydrops! What a screen name! Welcome to HIP! I myself have never been in Georgia, just over it en route to either Tampa or Orlando. Connecticut would be better if didn't cost so much to live here AND if our winters weren't as harsh. Again, enjoy your time here!
Georgia is great for older people who prefer the southern lifestyle. I prefer more islandy places, like Florida, California, Hawaii (I visited those places, never lived there, though). I also enjoyed Texas and visits to East Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Korea). I want to live somewhere tropical or beachy, though, so I'm prepping for that. I enjoy the hot weather I get in Georgia, though I live pretty much next to Savannah, Ga, and so the SCAD scene is pretty cool, but I wish there was more to do around here. Thanks for supporting and welcoming me here, you guys. And no, Olympic-Bullshitter, I don't cry a lot. I like rain because it can make me feel energized or put me in a deep trance. It cleanses and stands for purity. Thunder and lighting make me happy. And I just love the flowy feeling. Lol, I found ridiculous right now. Oh well. Hope to hear your replies! How are you guys?
I've done the shoreline town thing twice...both in Maine. One of them was Old Orchard Beach, which is a huge tourist mecca in summer. Not so much in the middle of the winter, though. After the recent scare with tropical storm Irene, I don't think I'd want to live on the shore again. Anyways, it's nice knowing you love the forums!
