Going on welfare in Vancouver

I was just wondering,Is it difficult to get welfare in Vancouver
now?

 

probably not..i hear they even make the taxpayers buy the needles for the crackheads out that way..getting welfare should be a breeze..maybe you could even score a medical medical marijuana prescription if you play your cards right

I know it used to be easy to
get welfare out there, I've been
on it there before.
The last time I was there in
2003 though, I wasn't on welfare,
but there was all kinds of publicity
stating that they were going to
make it really hard to get, espescially for people from out
of province.
