SWIM is in an out-patient rehab and recovering from heavy heroin abuse. SWIM however doesn't want to quite taking her psych meds which her councilor keeps harping on. therapist says SWIM cannot progress in groups while on psych med that helps very much. SWIM doesn't want to get into a power struggle over this and has a bit of legal trouble and so would like therapist to be able to write "progressing well" type of reports to agency that is monitoring recovery. (otherwise SWIM really wouldn't care about progressing in groups since feels answer is in NA) -- meanwhile NA sponsor knows about psych meds and doesn't see a problem.) okay, sorry for the long intro!

my question: SWIM would like to use room-mate's urine for testing. SWIM can gather it about an hour before turning it in. Kaiser doesn't seem to test temp and has SWIM put directly in refrigerator. but SWIM's room mate is on SSRIs. will this show up? i've read that in large pannel tests that they test for Tricyclics, but not SSRIs. (read that they use Quest Diagnostics for their urinalyses?) also, since SWIM can get urine so quickly before handing over, does she need to store it any special way? should she keep it warm just in case they feel it (which they don't seem to at all - don't seem to want to handle it at all - have SWIM put directly into fridge) -- thank you in advance for any advice! SWIM would HATE for anything to trigger suspicion

    thanks!
