The only reason I liked Inglorious Basterds was Brad Pitt played a character that had some Kahunas for once, otherwise yes, self indulgent Pulp Fiction is the only Tarantino film I liked, and even that was mainly due to Jackson, some pretty good dialogue. Kill Bill was a waste of time, some lame ass story just to string a bunch of cool action sequences together
How could ANYONE say this movie isnt good??? I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! (Parts 1 and 2 anyway (3 is ok)) -- I have all 3 parts on VHS in SP mode where it l00ks and sounds the BEST it can
The Hangover, I must have been the only one in the theater not laughing. Never would waste my time with the second one. Also The Passion of the Christ, a big waste of time watching someone get the shit beat out of them for two hours for the sake of religious propaganda and an attempt to restore faith. I'm not a big movie buff anyway, so most popular films I probably have not seen. I think everyone's running out of ideas, all they seem to have left to turn to is a film of every comic book character out there and revival of 80's cartoons. There are so many great aspects on history to touch on, unfortunately history does not blow out the box offices.
most of the quentin tarentino movies alice in wonderland (the recent one) spun anything russel brand has been in still waiting (im a server so I kinda like waiting every now and then, but still waiting blows) shrek sequels
Pirates Of the Caribbeans. Every time I try to watch this movie I think my eyes glaze over a bit. I just don't get the appeal of this movie and I think I'm the only person in this world that doesn't like it.
Oh and yeah, The Breakfast Club? This movie had like ONE setting through almost the whole 97 minutes of the film! I know it's suppose to be about these kids who spent there whole day in detention but come on :/ I saw this movie Freshman year and everyone seemed to like it.. I thought it was blah.
I never found anything worth to watch in No Country for Old Men. It was nothing, just meh. i could have stayed at home and kept staring at a shoe box and it would have amounted to the same thing. the plot was forced at times, when they couldn't figure out what to do next they just introduced some artificial way out of the thing they got themselves into. that's a cheap way to handle your story.
There must have been a lot of people that liked Transformers,'cuz they've made 3 of them. The most usless waste of film I ever saw.
Charlie and the Chocolate factory, the Tim Burton one. Love the original film with Gene Wilder but fuck the new shit
90% of anything from Jack Black, sorry but I think his performances are overrated; A guy of the times, no lasting impact. Although that one movie he did was a classic no doubt. This isn't a movie but I'll add Family Guy to the list. I close the TV whenever the show comes up :/
I'm not much of a fan of the new stuff either. New Chocolate Factory loses, GOOD DAY SIR! You might enjoy Ed Wood...
Have you seen The Producers? Not anything grand, but Ferrell does an excellent job in playing Hitler fan club. His ingenuity comes comes out right there, he just hasn't been given many roles that suit him.
