This is something I constantly hear from people, mainly guys, your either one or the other. I'm 17 and maybe someday i will like one or the other , but right now I'm sure I like both! So what do you say when People say this? I have had relationships with guys and girls in the past Single now :daisy::daisy::daisy:
I simply tell them that I call shots in my life and that they are equally free to do do the same in their lives. I value the experience of the others. Yet, I also know that the experience of the others cannot be deemed universally valid and applicable to the people and situations that may be very different from those of the people who believe that their views, even when based on real life experience are universally applicable. that's how people usually judge other people's actions. this is the very reason why people thought homosexuality was not natural. they themselves were heterosexual, and for them to be with other guys was not a natural thing, they would have had to force themselves to be like that. and since it was like that for them, they thought it was like that for everybody. which, we know, is not the case.
I'd put it slightly differently: How wonderful not to have to choose... I can have all. :love: A lot of people see bisexual people as giant pendulums, swinging out to the female or male side, preferring either or the other sex in phases.
