You sleep in a different bed until they take the pills.

wake them up, works every time. people rarely snore when they're awake.

my boyfriend does the same but usually only after drinking....if he lies on his side he stops snoring....build a pillow wall to keep him in place and voila! :)

lol i know, sleeping on his side helps a bit.
sometimes it works, sometimes it just makes his snoring slightly quieter...

i snore so i would like to hear a good answer for this

i read that it's all about the sleeping position, sleeping in the foetal position is meant to be the best for snorers

if it's down to alcohol (i like a drink and it's unbearable when i'm drunk apparently) then the solution is to stop drinking

    Breathe Right Nasal Strips help.

My step dad had surgery's for sleep apnea. but when my mom was dating him she couldn't sleep because of his snoring. the nasal strips helped get him to an almost normal snore. Now he has a machine he uses when he sleeps. It's loud ish, but after so many years she's used to it.

isn't he afraid he'll stop breathing? my step dad was tested to stop breathing minutes at a time. Scary when you think about it. does he wake up all night long? why does he think it won't help?
