Peace be on you. O Dears and Leaders! If I warn you there is a great enemy army is hiding behind the mountain, would you believe me? ----- The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) asked the Meccans. They said: Yes......There was no chance of such hiding, yet people said ‘yes’. This trust was due to truthful life of Holy Prophet. He was given titles of Saddoq (highly truthful) and Ameen (highly trustworthy) by everyone. But when he conveyed the message of Unity of God and human rights, people became his enemies; few believed in him in the beginning. The previous life of a Messenger of God before he is commisioned by God is the testimony which he presents to people that if he had not ever lied in wordly matters, how could he lie about divine matters? “…..I have indeed lived among you a (whole) lifetime before this. Will you not then understand?” (chapter 10 : from verse 10) In these times, like other morals, truthfulness is also needed in homes and in the world. The Khalifah of Promised Guide, the devotee of Holy Prophet (p.b.A.u.h.) reminds faithful to be truthful in all aspects of life. Only then, they shall be effectively able to call the world toward peaceful message of Allah. [ Detailed Reference: Friday sermon, September 9th, 2011 @ w.alislam.org ]
