I am an avid opiate user, on average I do about 15-20mg of opana about 4mg of dilaudid in 1 sitting. And some days I'll do that 2-3 times a day depending on how productive I want to be that day. What I'm trying to say is that I have a pretty high tolerance to opiates. I've been prescribed fentanyl patches (25 mcg/hr) and I would like to know the communities thoughts on how to get high on them. I will be using them more to kill my chronic pain but I do like to dabble in getting high once a week or so. I have read that chewing the patch works but I haven't found much information on it. I have also read that alot of patches have gel in them but mine do not. They are just a sticker that is about an inch and a half by an inch in size. My thoughts were to cut it in half and chew on it and see what it does. I'd like you guy's thoughts on the best way to get a little high on it. Is half a patch too much? Is there a way I can extract just the fentanyl drug and somehow snort it? I do not inject anything, too scary for me lol. Any information on the subject would be much appreciated. Just trying to learn as much as I can before I dabble in something strong enough to kill me. Thanks.
I was just prescribed the same patch for chronic abdominal pain. I too like to dabble in opiates. My dr also gave me oxycodone 5mg , for break through pain. It was a PM doctor at a large pittsburgh hospital. I signed an agreement to just be on what they prescribed me. The agreement was just for opiods as I told them I like to smoke pot for appitite and neausa. If you play with the patch like trying higher doses to get high it is then less useful on your chronic paiin. And if you are on the patch you will eventually get piss tested and then he will find opana and dilala in your system, and then quiet likely kick you out his practice. Hey Nj just wanted to let you know I came across the exact patches you are talking about yesterday and I chewed the whole patch and got moderately high, and with you saying you can handle 20mg of opana with 4mg of D I doubt you will even feel one patch. I think you are expecting too much from them, they arent that strong, and the buzz wasn't all that great.
Yea, Fentanyl patche do have a reputation due to being dangerous, lethal, but the high they bring is nothing like the more common opiates. After many attempts with the Sandoz, Mylan and Duragesic brands in various strengths from 25ug to 100ug, I eventually just resorted to them when I ran out of money and would stick them on as directed to avoid withdrawal until I could come up with some cash. They are very "hollow" in comparison to something such as OxyContin or MS Contin, typically only making me feel very drowzy and pain free. The euphoria was not exactly as such; I was only ever pleased to have once again escaped the claws of withdrawal.
