I think a big factor that has helped me be a happy person and promote my mental health is listing out things I'm thankful for, no matter how ridiculous or cheesy it sounds... It reminds me how good I have it.

    • I am getting closer with my mom
    • I have a beautiful house in the heart of Portland
    • I have rad neighbors
    • I have 2 cats and a wondrous ferret
    • I am not physically unattractive and often get complimented
    • My dreads are coming along great!
    • My mother owns a wonderful restaurant that has many vegan options
    • It's summer, and I am almost done with high school! (2 months!)
    • I am building a chicken coop in the backyard with a dear friend
    • I am surrounded by open minded, intelligible people
    • I have a fire pit, which is cause for many good times
Key to some happiness! Join in!
