blackmail problem

long story short I broke up w my girlfriend, and we live together. She has no where to go but her parents, who prob wont let her back. Neither of us are on the lease, it is more open terms than a lease per se.
She wants to give it another week to see if we can work it out, im done. Only problem is, she has the upper hand because she knows enough to put me in jail for awhile.... I cant really get rid of the stuff thatd do it, not without taking a huge loss. Im worried she will call the cops or the landlord on me, out of vindictive break up emotion.
What to do?

Im gonna try to just move to a diff room in the house and we can live together without dating, but idk if thats gonna work... plus I have to worry all the time if she gets pissed and decides to fuck me over.

 

If you think she'll rat you out, ditch everything. Now.

It'll cost you way more if you don't.

And let this be a lesson about keeping your mouth shut about your illegal activities.

Get it to friends, under a bridge, etc, doesn't matter. Get it out.

And don't put yourself in stupid situations. If you can't trust someone, EVEN when they're mad at you and their emotions and hormones are fucked up, don't let them know things that could send you to jail. Fucking duh.

And if she's like that, as soon as you get the shit out, break up with her, and move out as soon as you can. Not a safe or healthy place to live, obviously.

I've been in that situation myself and I totally got screwed and now i got a crazy rap sheet cuz of my ex. you don't need to be hanging around for the trouble that might show up. I would just GTFO and hope she doesn't do anything before you leave, try in the middle of the night........best of luck, dude.

Can you, fess up to the Police yourself? - therefore beat "anybody" else to the chase - without substantial consequences?
Can you, get shut of your wares? - the cost of loss (money over freedom) is relative
Other than that,
Can you, make a go of it with compromise?
Can you, bite the bullet and co-exist for another 2-3 weeks - or be prepared for even longer?
It is your choice to consider, though whatever your choice you make - you have to be bold and with purpose 'move on'

but maybe you're being too paranoid? maybe she wouldn't really do that?

has she been "ok" with your illegal activities in the past?

maybe you could have an adult conversation with her, explain that you think the relationship is over for you. maybe you could give it a week to satisfy her. i would straight up ask her "are you gonna turn me into the cops?"

would you be "allowed" to kick her outta the house? (what are these living situations you hinted at?!)

She claims she wouldnt do anything. She says she has never lied, and shed never do anything like that .... but i dont believe it
as for the house, no... me, her and my cousin live here with no one on the lease (aka legal leverage)
