Has anyone ever seen a long distance relationship end in the people being together in one place?
I met my boyfriend while I was teaching ESL in China and he was studying in Brisbane, Australia. We were together for 3 months long distance while I finished up my contract and then another month just passed while I have been in New Zealand to visit friends and family. I move to Australia this Saturday so we can be together properly - I can't wait! Long distance can work, but I think there needs to be an understanding that it's a temporary thing, as in sooner rather than later someone will move to the other person's town.
An old friend of mine has done so. She met him online and last I heard of, she was going to move in with him which gave me hope. My boyfriend lives in England (I live in California) and he's coming to visit soon in a couple of months. I'm hoping that within a year or two I can move to England to be with him. Even though it's long distance, I have so much hope and I can say I have never been this much in love. His family adores me and I've never had that before. When I see him on webcam and hear his voice... all I can say is that I still get butterflies. I know for a fact that our relationship is very strong.
I had an online relationship that started out awesome, I visited him for 3 months, and now it's kind of going to shit
Minds join, bodies only touch. We long for physical closeness because we had misidentified where the other exists. They exist inside ourselves, we do not experience them, at a distance, ever. Whether the object of our affection be near or far, feelings of love are generated within our own bodies.
