I've had migraines for 25 years and have been on and off of everything. I used to take Midrin and they worked for the migraines I could catch coming but they stopped making it. I found a neurosurgeon for my pain management and he has me on hydrocodone 10/325 and neurontin 1600mg a day, plus some anti-inflamitory drug too. My general family doctor saw me today and I've been so lucky that he will pretty much give me whatever I ask for. I am so tolerant of the hydros that it takes around 60-80mg to work and I told my family doctor that and he gives me 4mg dilaudid and stadol nose spray to try and keep me from having to visit the ER all the time. I've learned that I cannot take the stadol if I've taken anything else because it just won't work so I save the stadol for when I run out of my hydros. I just got the dilaudid today and it worked wonders on knocking out my pain and letting me get some rest, I was so happy! I do like to use recreationally sometimes but I have to be careful not to run out too soon otherwise, when a migraine comes, I'm out of luck. I have been blessed to have a trusting family doctor and blessed to have sympathetic people at the ER but my neuro is a total asshead and just won't listen to me when I tell him the hydros don't work anymore. At least he keeps throwing them at me though lol. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself, I'm a young mom, my kiddo turned 18 last week and is my pride and joy. She graduated early and has a job and will be going to college this winter. I have a boyfriend who is a smoker (I don't care to smoke much, it makes me feel crazy!) I'm always looking for a peaceful high, never tried anything harder than coke which I didn't like at all. But these dilaudid seem to work wonders, I can't wait to try one just for fun. I posted last night about a worry I had about my first CWE but I think I did it right enough because it was awesome. So, hello fellow friends, nice to meet you. hi and welcome..ya..those dilaudid are pretty amazing....i dont take pills but ''on paper'' i do..so when i went to have surgery they gave me dilaudid..yabba dabba doo..didnt touch the floor for a week..just floated around the hospital feeling nothing...good luck with the headaches
