Breaking the cycle

    So, I was one of those people who thought they were meant to be alone for life. There are a lot of them out there I've noticed. Recently I've sort of woken up and realized it's me in a self-destructive pattern of being attracted to unavailable men. I desperately want to fix this, partially to find a healthy relationship but also because I don't like this sickly state of mind. Does anyone have any idea where to start?
