Wondering how many people who are on a prescription, antidepressents, antipsychotics etc, that still take drugs recreationally.

I am prescribed antidepressants, antipscyhotics, and the like, but I am also legally prescribed dextroamphetamine, benzos, and opioids, so I technically do not use any recreational drugs. I don't drink nor do I smoke tobacco or Cannabis. So you can feel free to interpret this as you wish haha.

And i choose the third option, i am prescribed benzos and another medication that i take, but also ingest and enjoy all other types of psychoactives!

I Am slowly getting more interested in my state's medical Cannabis program, so I might be smoking up within the next couple of months. We'll see! I never rule out a possible treatment. I am open to anything that might improve my symptoms.

I used to take SSRIs along with weed, shrooms, opiate pills, alcohol, the occasional Xanax, San Pedro cactus, kratom...you get the picture ;)

They seemed to only dampen the effects of MDMA-like drugs while enhancing opiates and stimulants.

yeah i think they can block some aspects of hallucinogenics. I'm tempted to get of mirtazapiene, not overly happy with my venlafaxine and i have read some reports mdma is only mildly affected by mirtazapiene due to its different mode of action.

Yeah, Mirtazepine is not a Serotonin nor a Norepinephrine Reuptake inhibitor. However, it does antagonize a few of the Serotonin and Norepinephrine (well, technically, Epiniephrine) receptors which would essentially stamp out ALL psychedelic use, but not MDMA use. Basically, any Trypt-Phenyl- drug would be nullified. However, a serotonin releasing agent like MDMA would be only mildly effected.
