Everyones strapping down for the storm in nyc...The transit system is gone today..I think it hits tommorow....I hope people dont die :gossip: LOL Be safe everyone!
Irene was even in the German top news at the first place, this is really a media storm. All that because of some wet feet tomorrow...
We're not gonna die.. unless someone out there is stupid enough to go like driving though water they don't know how deep it is..
Shit. How do you get so much advanced warning and still get killed!? I found this while checking it out on yahoo just now: http://twitter.com/#!/fema
This is like the opposite of giant snowstorms that come through both the northern and southern states. Everyone up north goes about their business while the south completely shuts down for four days. Shutting down public transportation for a storm thats predicted to be a category 1 by landfall in NYC? Is that really neccessary?
aside the fact, I kinda like hurricanes and dont really know NY that much.... Im a give my professional unbiased opinion.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xR4TZsZOPU&ob=av2n"]YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
This storm really gets hyped too much- its a cat1 storm. What will they do when there is a cat3? Go nuts? Or a cat5- will they explode?
It looks kinda dwarfed upon the earth. and Im suppose to believe some electric geeeeeetar in Alaska makes earf quacks..:sunny:
Well its just the begin of hurricane season. Maybe we will get more interesting storms than that one. Something like Andrew hitting a big city would be cool
