I'll go later, but I want to see what other people go with first. To give an example of what I mean by rock bottom though, my #1 is breathing. Like, not being underwater. Not inhaling toxic gas, or powdery stuff like cinnamon / cocoa. Not being in a sauna or hot yoga studio if it's uncomfortable. Not being trapped in a burning building. It's a basic necessity that can mess you up in a matter of minutes if you don't make sure you have access to it. It's my number one priority. What's your #2 everybody?
