hey i would very much appreciate it if any of you could possibly give me some information on suitable dreads for my hair type i have a picture srry for quality its off my phone. I really would like so called neat? Dreads but i want them to be unique so i want like knotty but neat does that make any sense? I just want lyke character. Nyways my hair is 11 inches long when pulled down from the front my back is a little shorter i think..[IMG]

Go for it but I too wanted neat dreads but after six weeks they're not neat lol and I think are going to take months to get to the stage where I can work on neatness. But nonetheless I like them but am learning a big lesson in patience. Good luck

You can keep them neat, but it's an uphill struggle, you're going to have at least 6-8 months of messiness. I've had mine nearly a year and I'm just about happy to have them loose in the office

neglect, you're hair is perfect for it and it's probably gonna take less time to dread than with any other method

you could also do twists or interlocking with your hair texture. i always promote neglect, but if you want perfect locks (which are not as cool) you could try those methods.
