American Cheese is not cheese.

My stomach, tastebuds, and common sense has told me this for years. Id choose any cheese over american. the wiki article just helps to prove it.

Here in europe we have this false cheese as well, even in Switzerland you see lots of that stuff in the supermarkets.

I've been to France for 3 weeks got back yesterday, those guys have the best cheese in the world.
