I've heard the ribs, elbow, and feet, hurt the worse, and i wouldn't personally know for obvious reasons.

 

out of those, i only have my ribs, but yeah it does hurt... i hear hands hurt ALOT too. and the head ... anywhere where there is bone really

Thighs are fine. i could get those tattooed for hours
