Whats true confidence??

I want to know whats to have true confidence? what do you guys consider true self confidence?

 

believing in yourself. not being afraid

 

Not being afraid of being afraid .... and knowing your limits.

 

Nothing More then a form of pride, That tends to reach over to arrogance.

Being the complete opposite is worse though, Unfortunately I have seen that :X. But Just being Confident is just as bad, Fear and doubt help us see our mistakes and improve from there, its just how much your resolve is on fixing that.

 

I think its the same with men and women...not living with guilt and regret for starters. And feeling successful in how far you've come in your life

Not relying on your past at all, either to pep you up or to let it bring you down.

 

"Confidence" is doing what is expected of you. Regardless of the difficulty.
After you express confidence a few times, you start realizing that you can depend on yourself. You start getting an attitude that what you say and what you decide matters.
You can put requirements on yourself and expect yourself to meet your expectations.
You can refuse expectations that others try to put on you, if you choose.

"Confidence" comes when your image is based on results rather than bluster. Having it frees you from having to bluster.

 

When winning or losing doesn't change your good self image.

Being grounded in your views while allowing yourself to learn something new and accept it if you're wrong. Being secure in your body and mind without letting people put you down but also having the ability to recognize when something needs to be changed about yourself - then doing it.

 

true confidence: knowing that you are not the best at everything, but not letting that affect your mental state.

 

In otherwords, true confidence = you dont give a fuck what others say.

No, I don't think so. "Don't give a fuck what others say" is arrogance.

Confidence allows one to listen to what others say before deciding to agree or disagree.
Confidence allows one to make that decision and then follow through on it.

 

it's not that you don't give a fuck.. it's that you're unshakable and it doesn't matter what others say.

 

True confidence is not being premo, you,d be surprised how many members of the opposite sex (or in some cases same sex) can pick up on that instantly, but wont let you know so you go off making an idiot of yourself

Any confidence non sex related is relative, theres always that point where they get sick of hearing you bang your own drum
